The closing ceremonies this year weren't so great. Canada is so lucky to have such great performers like Celine Dion, who sang at the 1996 Olympic games, why not at the 2010 Olympics where the athletes performed so well? And what about the Cirque Du Soleil? Every body loves them for their crazy acts, it would have been so great. To go back to my original point, I was really disappointed in the performers there. They could have sung songs that were somehow related to the Olympic theme. Michael Buble's performance was totally inappropriate, the girls on stage weren't showing a very good representation of Canada, on top of that there are many children watching this, would you want your children to think its alright to go on stage wearing very small clothes and show your half naked body to the world? Something i did like about the closing ceremonies was when the Russians came and performed a really nice and classy dance. Hopefully the closing ceremonies will be forgotten soon enough.
